Riley Land Surveyors, LLP is a land surveying firm located in Tarrytown, NY.  The firm was originally formed as a surveying and engineering firm by Edward J. Martin, PE, LS in the mid 1940s in Tarrytown, and has continued operation since then under a sequence of different owners.  In the early 1960s the firm was taken over by Frank Bond, LS after the passing of Edward Martin.  Mr. Bond transformed the firm to primarily concentrating on land surveying, but was only in possession of the firm for a relatively short period.  He passed away in the late 1960s and the firm, once again changed hands to Charles Riley, LS.    Mr. Riley continued the operation of the firm until his retirement at the end of 2001 when the firm was purchased by the current owners, partners Steven Willard, LS and Scott Chamberlain, LS.  Since that time the firm has continued to provide surveying services to the Westchester County communities of Tarrytown, Sleepy Hollow, Irvington, Dobbs Ferry, Hastings, Briarcliff Manor, Ossining, Elmsford, Ardsley, Peekskill and various other communities within the towns of Greenburgh, Mount Pleasant, Cortlandt, Ossining, Yorktown, White Plains, Scarsdale and throughout Westchester County.

 Scott T. Chamberlain, LS is the current chief operating officer for the firm.
